Arcori Support has fully transitioned to our new support site!

As you are aware, Arcori made the organizational decision to update their aging Support System to a new, much improved and advanced Support System called Zoho.  This new system provides much more effective tools for Arcori to improve the Customer Support component of our business through:  
  • Better ticket processing
  • Individual and Team based views
  • Ability to distinguish between Support and Design Requests, 
  • Ability to see the status of a Design/Development Request,
  • Video Library
  • FAQ
  • Announcements

Over the past few months, Arcori has been rolling out this new system through individual client introduction meetings and related onboarding emails for existing Arcori Users.  This process continues, but we are at the stage where we have to terminate the old system and to focus on using the new system going forward. 

It is for this reason that I am advising that as of Friday October 13, the old system ( will cease to operate, and all users who haven’t already will be required to enroll and gather support through our new system (
